The present invention relates to a device for tracking intake of foods during a meal by a real-time measurement of the masses of nutritive elements making up the dishes and drinks consumed, characterized in that it comprises the co-operation of a spectrometer (1) which yields the proportions of nutriments of all the foods and drinks scanned, of a balance (2) which measures the masses of foods and drinks deposited and sampled, and of a system for physical labelling (5) of the position of the foods on the balance, the data are uploaded to a common computer application of a connected terminal (3) which cross-checks this information, calculates the composition and the weight of the nutritive elements consumed in the course of the meal and which yields this information to the user to guide the latter regarding the behaviour to be adopted during the meal and after the meal. |
