The present invention relates to a windbreak for a gas stove which can prevent blowing out of a flame of a gas stove by wind and reduce thermal loss when cooking food using combustion heat of the gas stove which is a cooking device in an indoor space affected by wind from an electric fan or an air conditioner or a windy outdoor location. The windbreak for a gas stove is installed on the gas stove, and comprises: a gas stove body; an upper panel placed on an upper portion of the gas stove body, and provided with a through hole to allow an upper portion of a burner head having a plurality of combustion holes to penetrate therethrough in an upward direction; and a plurality of support parts arranged on a circumference around the through hole at equal angular intervals and installed in an erected shape on an upper portion of the upper panel to allow a longitudinal direction thereof to coincide with a radial direction about the through hole. The windbreak for a gas stove is a plate having a width and a thickness within a gap between an upper surface of the support parts and the upper panel, is formed in a ring shape separated from the burner head, surrounds a circumference of the burner head in a longitudinal direction thereof, has a plurality of ventilation through holes formed on a surface thereof along the longitudinal direction and a width direction thereof, and is installed by placing the same on the upper portion of the upper panel. |
