The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic EL panel control device, a light source device, and an organic EL panel control method in which fluctuations (deviations) in the color temperature of white light of an organic EL panel to be controlled can be suppressed. This organic EL panel control device is characterized by having a luminance control means which controls the luminance of organic EL elements other than the organic EL element that serves as a reference, the reference being the luminance of the organic EL element with the shortest luminance life, so that the color temperature of white light formed by additive color mixing of the luminescent colors of a plurality of organic EL elements of different luminescent colors in the organic EL panel to be controlled becomes the same as a preset color temperature.
