Feedback of terminal capability indicating parameters, and a method and device for processing the feedback are provided by the present invention, and the feedback method includes that: the terminal obtains the performance parameters of a transmitting link or a receiving link, the parameters being used for indicating the terminal capability; the terminal sends the performance parameters to a base station. The application of the technical solution provided by the present invention solves the problem of power waste or Modulation and Coding Scheme inaccuracy that may exist in the linear adjustment method assumed after the base station obtains a Post-SINR according to the CQI reported by a UE in related technologies, thus avoiding power waste caused by the base station, and enabling the Modulation and Coding Scheme to be more accurate.
