An outer-layer sheet (30) formed from a nonwoven fabric of colored fibers is positioned on an outer face of a front waist region (11) and a crotch region (13), a plurality of lines of waist elastic bodies (41, 42) extending in a transverse direction (X) and attached in a stretched state to the outer-layer sheet (30) so as to be able to contract are arranged in the front waist region (11), and first colored regions (61-64) are demarcated in which a gather is formed in the outer-layer sheet (30) and the visually apparent density of color therein is increased by contraction of the waist elastic bodies (41, 42). Indicators (60) are positioned in a second colored region (65) between an absorbent body (14) and the outer-layer sheet (30) in the crotch region (13), the elastic bodies extending in the transverse direction (X) not being arranged therein, and the visually apparent density of color of the second colored region (65) being lower than that of the first colored regions (61-64). A change in color of the indicators (60) after contact thereof with urine can be recognized from outside the outer-layer sheet (30). |
