A watch band having a rigid curved band body 2, an hinge snap adapter 3d to attach to a watch, an adjustable band 5 and a clamp 4 attaching the adjustable band 5 to the band body 2. Ideally the clamp is a push button release and lock or a multi-prong, bilaterally released clamp. The band body may comprise a display unit 6b, a printed circuit board, a microphone 8, a sensor unit 9, a battery pack 10, a notification alert unit, a health sensor or a speaker. The sensor 9 may include a heart rate sensor, a glucose level sensor, or a moisture sensor. The health sensor may be a pedometer or may measure calories burned. The band may have a sim card slot or a projector beam. The display screen may be LCD, LED, OLED or AMOLED and may be flat or curved. |
