The invention relates to a process for thermally treating in open atmosphere ITO and SnOoxide films, deposited on a flexible kapton substrate, in order to produce transparent conductive and flexible contact electrodes, with improved optoelectronic properties, used for carrying out structures of flexible solar cells. According to the invention, the process consists in heating the oxide layers in open atmosphere with a temperature increase rate of 5°C/min, up to a temperature of 400°C, maintaining said temperature plateau for 30 min, followed by cooling, with 3°C/min, down to a temperature of 350°C, maintaining said temperature plateau for 120 min and cooling the oxide layers with a temperature drop rate of 5°C/min, down to the room temperature.
|
