摘要 The present invention relates to a beef rib soup preparing method comprising a soy source boiling down process and a beef rib soup prepared by the same, which comprises: a first step of boiling raw beef ribs in water to prepare meat soup; a second step of taking the boiled beef ribs out; a third step of adding supplementary materials to the meat soup and boiling the mixture to prepare soup stock and putting the boiled beef ribs into soy sauce to boil down the mixture in order to make the soy seasonings permeate the beef ribs; a fourth step of separating the boiled-down beef ribs from the soy sauce and putting along with soup stock into a container to seal the container; and a fifth step of freezing the boiled-down beef ribs and the soup stock, wherein a process of boiling down the preliminarily boiled beef ribs with soy sauce is further comprised to provide good flavor, make the meat on the beef ribs soft and remove a unique smell (stench) of beef ribs.
