The present invention relates to a power connecting device for an LED street lamp. More specifically, the present invention relates to a power connecting device for an LED street lamp, which connects a first power cable that extends toward the ground while one end thereof is connected to the street lamp and a second power cable that extends from a power supply box toward the first power cable, comprising: a first plug fixed to the outside of the other end of the first power cable; a first junction housing that is tap-coupled to the first plug to provide a wiring space; a wiring connector that connects the first power cable and the second power cable; a second junction housing that is tap-coupled with the first junction housing to allow the wiring connector to be accommodated therein; and a second plug that fixes the second junction housing to the second power cable.
