To achieve this object, according to the invention the cylinder head cover comprises the following: a cover body which, when the cylinder head cover is mounted, is arranged on an engine block of the internal combustion engine and covers a cylinder head of the internal combustion engine; a valve device comprising a valve body and a main body for receiving the valve body, the main body of the valve device being secured to an inner face of the cover body by means of a weld joint.
