METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING OPERATING FREQUENCY BAND OF CELL

Disclosed are a method and device for adjusting an operating frequency band of a cell. The method comprises: searching for an available frequency band in operating frequency bands allowed by a base station, wherein in the available frequency band, the neighbour cell interference and/or the neighbour cell load borne by the base station are/is less than the neighbour cell interference and/or the neighbour cell load borne on an operating frequency band of a current cell; and adjusting the operating frequency band of the cell of the base station into the found available frequency band. By means of the method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the operating frequency band of the cell of the base station can be adjusted to a frequency band on which the interference and/or the neighbour cell load borne thereby are/is less, so that frequency resources are fully used, and the inter-cell interference can be reduced effectively.
