The present invention relates to an automated device for molding paste-bread, which includes: a main body having a table moving left and right along a rail on a rectangular shaped worktable, and a transfer unit for moving the table; a dough supplying part having a hopper to store dough on the upper part of the worktable, and a pair of supplying rollers to supply the dough stored in the hopper; a paste supplying part having a hopper to store paste on the upper part of the worktable, and a molding nozzle to supply the paste stored in the hopper to the dough in a predetermined shape of the cross section; a horizontal cutting part having a blade to continuously cut, in a horizontal direction, the dough on the upper part of the worktable, and a cylinder to move the blade up and down; a vertical cutting part having a blade to continuously cut, in a vertical direction, the dough on the upper part of the worktable, and a cylinder to move the blade vertically and horizontally; and a transfer part having a column supporting the supplying part and the cutting part, and having an actuator to move the supplying part and the cutting part on the column left and right, separately. Accordingly, the present invention significantly reduces working hours by providing an automatic making process of supplying, molding, and cutting the dough and paste, and is capable of mass-production, thereby providing the product in lower costs to a consumer. |
