The present invention relates to a non-cement lightweight panel using polysilicon sludge which uses an industrial byproduct and does not use cement. The non-cement lightweight panel is characterized by comprising a core 65-95 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, 1-20 parts by weight of polysilicon sludge, 1-20 parts by weight of paper ash, 1-20 parts by weight of perlite, 1-20 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide, and 20-60 parts by weight of mixing water for 100 parts by weight of non-cement lightweight panel core composition, and manufactured by building a non-cement lightweight panel core composition using polysilicon sludge, and curing the same; and a pair of a surficial materials including 65-95 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, 1-10 parts by weight of polysilicon sludge, 0.5-4 parts by weight of a PVA fiber, 1-20 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide, and 20-60 parts by weight of mixing water for 100 parts by weight of a non-cement lightweight panel surficial material composition, and manufactured by burying one to three fiber sheets made with a dry beet mesh in a process of building the non-cement lightweight panel surficial material composition, and curing the same to be coupled to both outer surfaces of the core. |
