The present invention relates to a transgenic pig for an Alzheimer′s disease model, which overexpresses mutated human amyloid precursor protein (APP). The present invention further relates to a production method thereof, and a use thereof. Especially, the present invention relates to a use of the transgenic pig as an animal model for Alzheimer′s disease, wherein the transgenic pig is transformed by a mutant APP695sw gene which is connected to a human synapsin 1 promoter.
