Disclosed are an adsorption-desorption apparatus using an active carbon fiber and an adsorption-desorption method. The adsorption-desorption apparatus using the active carbon fiber comprises: an adsorption column filled with the active carbon fiber for elimination of pollutants contained in polluted gas; a heat medium pipe expanded in the adsorption column; and a heat medium supply unit providing a low-temperature heat medium to the heat medium pipe during adsorption of the active carbon fiber, whereas a high-temperature heat medium is provided to the heat medium pipe during desorption of the active carbon fiber. |
