The present invention relates to a display device capable of rearward projection, which comprises: an image output module for outputting an image; a projection module for generating an image through a light source to project the generated image to the image output module; and a case processed to be opaque inside, wherein the projection module and the image output module are physically connected respectively to both ends of the case; the projection module further includes a reversing circuit for reversing the left and right of the generated image; and the generated image is projected by a rearward projection technique to the image output module.
