The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an organic light-emitting device, a light extraction substrate for an organic light-emitting device, and an organic light-emitting device including the same and, more particularly, to a method which can improve the efficiency of light extraction of the organic light-emitting device. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises: a dispersing step of dispersing a plurality of molybdenum (Mo) particles on a surface of a base substrate; a coating step of coating the surface of the base substrate, in which the Mo particles are dispersed, with metal oxide nanosol; and a sintering step of sintering the metal oxide nanosol. The Mo particles are sublimated in the sintering step, and pores are formed at each position in which the Mo particles are sublimated, and when the sintering step is completed, the metal oxide nanosol is consisting of a matrix layer with respect to the pores, and a bucking structure is formed on a surface of the matrix layer by shapes of the pores. |
