The present invention is to provide a rod using boron alloy steel and hardenability hardness, wherein durability is extended to lengthen an exchange cycle. According to the present invention, the rod using boron alloy steel and hardenability hardness is made by an alloy composition which comprises: 0.35 to 0.47 wt% of carbon (C): 0.15 to 0.35 wt% of silicon (Si); 0.50 to 1.00 wt% of manganese (Mn); 0.030 wt% of phosphorus (P); 0.030 wt% of sulfur (S); 0.80 to 1.50 wt% of chromium (Cr); 0.020 to 0.060 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.0005 to 0.0030 wt% of boron (B); and 96.557 to 98.1195 wt% of iron (Fe). |
