The present invention relates to a device for reducing sloshing which can reduce a sloshing phenomenon occurring in a tank in which liquid such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) is stored, and a marine structure having the same. The device for reducing sloshing according to the present invention comprises: a tank in which fluid is stored; and a fluid spray unit to form a virtual wall using a flow of the fluid stored in the tank, in the fluid to suppress a sloshing phenomenon of the fluid. Accordingly, even if a movement of liquefied natural gas in the tank is caused by shaking of a ship while transporting the liquefied natural gas, the movement of the liquefied natural gas is reduced by a forcible rotational movement, and thus the sloshing phenomenon is suppressed. |
