The present invention is a protection equipment for protecting a palm from a burn and stress fracture by a palm′s frictional heat during repetitive swing training. The equipment for protecting a palm during repetitive training replaces a player′s sports taping, wherein the equipment prevent losing a bet by adsorbing sweat in a palm guard when wearing the palm guard for the first time by stretching gloves or loosing a bet or a golf club due to much sweat of the palm during repetitive swing training.
