The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a round bar product via centrifugal casting. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a round bar product via centrifugal casting comprises: a die preparing step of fixing a die assembly, which includes a base die, a body die being a hollow pipe arranged on the upper surface of the base die and a cover die arranged at the upper part of the body die and having a sprue formed therein, to a die table to be able to rotate on an axis and applying a releasing agent to the inside of the die assembly; a molten metal preparing step of preparing molten metal capable of being injected into the die assembly by melting metallic materials in a melting furnace; a centrifugal casting step of centrifugally casting the molten metal into a semi-processed product in the shape of a round bar having a knob for takeout formed at an upper part by injecting the molten metal into the hollow of the die assembly to the intermediate height of the sprue while allowing a rotation driving part to rotate the die assembly on an axis after the die preparing step, and cooling the molten metal; a cover die separating step of separating the cover die from the body die after the centrifugal casting step; a semi-processed product taking-out step of taking out the semi-processed product from the body die by allowing a taking-out device to clamp the knob for taking out of the semi-processed product after the cover die separating step; and a taking-out knob removing step of manufacturing a round bar product by removing the knob for taking out from the semi-processed product after the semi-processed product taking-out step. |
