The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high absorbent pad. According to a method for manufacturing a high absorbent pad of the present invention, a high absorbent resin is manufactured on a pad, to remove an additional intermediate production step of a high absorbent resin, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs by a simplified pad manufacturing process. And, provided in the present invention is a high absorbent pad maintaining uniform excellent absorbability in the entire part of the absorbent pad like a diaper through a uniform coating of the high absorbent resin.
