The present invention relates to an air conditioning device for a vehicle. More specifically, an uneven portion is formed on a sealing surface of an air passage in an air conditioning case so as to prevent noise caused when a rubber member of a door comes into contact with the sealing surface of the air passage and is separated therefrom, and the sealing surface with the uneven portion is formed to have a gradient of a predetermined angle in a direction to remove a mold. Therefore, the air conditioning device for a vehicle can prevent noise generated when the rubber member is separated from the sealing surface while maintaining the advantages of a door using the rubber member, and prevent damage to the uneven portion when removing the mold after injection molding of the air conditioning case, thereby improving the sealing performance and preventing defects.
