Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a hot water mat. The method for manufacturing the hot water mat comprises: a hot water hose preparing step for preparing a hot water hose; a cushion material preparing step of preparing a cushion material having a thickness larger than the outer diameter of the hot water hose; and a hot water hose installing step of installing the hot water hose on the interior of the cushion material in a zigzag shape without a vertical exposure. The hot water hose installing step comprises: a step of inserting the hot water hose into one side surface of the cushion material and linearly moving the hot water hose toward the other side surface of the cushion material in a frontward direction; a step of changing a progressing direction of the hot water hose from the frontward direction to a reverse direction by bending the hot water hose discharged from the other side surface of the cushion material to have an arc-shape; and a step of inserting the hot water hose into the other side surface of the cushion material to linearly move the hot water hose in the reverse direction. |
