The method involves preparing a base (4) by applying a sequence of a recharging material layer (10) on a substrate (11). A test-piece (1a) of the base is extracted, where the test-piece includes two end regions (7, 8) intended to be fixed on the flanges or jaws of a test machine, and a middle zone (9) located between the end regions. The two end regions and the middle zone are extracted from a recharged area (12) of the base, where one end region is extracted from the substrate, and the other end region is extracted from the recharged area of the base.
