PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate information on echo.SOLUTION: A signal processor 10d includes: an absolute position information acquisition section 12 for determining a signal processor for processing an echo signal received by an antenna mounted in a mobile body as an object so as to acquire absolute position information to be information showing an absolute position of the mobile body at each of a plurality of times; a mobile body position calculation section 14a for calculating the position of the mobile body at each time including an object time zone to be a time zone between two time zones of the plurality of times as a mobile body calculation position on the basis of the absolute position information on the mobile body at each of the two times acquired in the absolute position information acquisition section 12; and a data point position calculation section 14b for calculating the position of each echo data point obtained by the antenna as a data point calculation position on the basis of the mobile body calculation position.
