An integrated circuit according to the present invention comprises: an input buffer which responds to a buffer enable signal, buffers a strobing signal, and creates an internal strobing signal; an internal clock generator which creates internal clocks having different phases from the internal strobing signal; and a strobing signal driver which responds to a driving control signal enabled prior to the buffer enable signal, and operates the strobing signal. |
