PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cured article containing an inorganic filler as a filler, having high heat conductive property and CTI value of 400 V or more and a laminate using the same.SOLUTION: A filling factor of magnesium oxide powder in an inorganic filler-containing epoxy resin cured article is set at 45 to 63 vol.% and a maximum thermal degradation mass reduction rate of the inorganic filler-containing epoxy resin cured article in a temperature range of 300 to 500°C, ▵Ris at -0.20 [mass%/°C] or more.
