The present invention relates to a D2D communications system based on an electric power control and a method for controlling the electric power. According to the D2D communications system based on an electric power control and a method the present invention, regarding a D2D communications system including multiple D2D terminals based on an LTE-Advanced, the D2D terminal includes: a comparison unit for comparing a signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) of a current terminal to a standard SINR value; a calculation unit for calculating the increase ratio of the SINR, in case of increasing a current transmission power of the D2D terminal by a unit power, and the increase ratio of an intervention regarding a cellular terminal, when the current SINR value is smaller than the standard SINR; and a control unit for increasing the current transmission power of the D2D terminal by the unit power, when the increase ratio of the SINR is bigger than the increase ratio of the intervention. According to the present invention, an LTE uplink open loop power control method and a power control method based on interference awareness can be combined to guarantee the performance of a cellular terminal above a desired value, at the same time adjusting the transmission power to maximize the performance of the overall communications network by improving the D2D terminal performance, and reducing unnecessary power consumption. |
