PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems, for example, long period is required for acquiring a measurement result of X-ray analysis, about plural laminate cells.SOLUTION: An in-situ X-ray analysis system for radiating X-ray to laminate cells in which, a separator is sandwiched therebetween and a battery element formed by laminating a positive electrode and negative electrode is included, thereby acquiring analysis data, comprises: a sample holder 31 for holding the plural laminate cells; a sample switching device 27 for switching the laminate cell to be disposed on a passage position of X-ray by movement of the sample holder; and a sample switching control part 29 for driving the sample switching device 27 for switching the laminate cell to be disposed on the passage position of X-ray, every time that single measurement of X-ray analysis is finished about one laminate cell. The sample switching control part 29 controls the sample switching device 27 so that, one cycle switching operation for disposing the plural laminate cells on the X-ray passage position sequentially, is repeated by the sample switching device 27 twice or more times. |
