PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for transmission capable of relaxing design and manufacturing restrictions by putting flexibility into the placement of members around fork heads, reducing an installation space, and yet improving oblique gear shift performance.SOLUTION: An operation device 1 for transmission comprises: a shift-and-select shaft 2; a fork shaft of three or more axes; an inner lever; and an interlock member, fork heads 32, 34, 36, and 38 of the fork shaft of three or more axes being divided into a first group G1 and a second group G2, each of the groups G1 and G2 being responsible for a plurality of sets of transmission gears, the inner lever including a first inner lever 4 and a second inner lever 5, and the interlock member including a first interlock section 64 and a second interlock section 65. |
