PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate threshold voltage deviation of a driving transistor and to attain high resolution.SOLUTION: A sub-pixel of an organic light-emitting diode display device includes: a first transistor which supplies data voltage to a first node according to a first scan signal; a second transistor which has a first electrode connected to the first node and has a gate electrode connected to a second electrode thereof; a third transistor which initializes voltage of a second node that is the second electrode of the second transistor, according to a second scan signal; a capacitor which has one end connected to the second node and has the other end connected to a third node where high-level source voltage is applied; a driving transistor which has a gate electrode connected to the second node and has a source electrode connected to the third node; and an organic light-emitting diode which has an anode electrode connected to a fourth node that is a drain electrode of the driving transistor, and where light emission is controlled by voltage applied to a cathode electrode thereof. |
