PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano ink coating apparatus with which deterioration of the nano ink scarcely takes place, no nano risk arises, and the nano ink can be sintered at a low temperature.SOLUTION: In a nano ink coating apparatus 1: a coating unit 4 to coat an object with the nano ink is covered with a housing 15 to block the outside air, and further includes a sintering mechanism to sinter the nano ink with which the object has been coated; a reaction liquid, which is used in a synthetic unit 2 and which includes a raw material of metal nano particles or semiconductor nano particles, includes a metal-containing raw material and a raw material other than the metal-containing raw material; the raw material other than the metal-containing raw material has 2 to 8 carbon atoms; the raw material other than the metal-containing raw material includes a reaction solvent to dissolve the metal-containing raw material; and the reaction solvent is a 2-8C aromatic compound, an alcohol, or an ether. |
