PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxing device that stores a plurality of packaged articles in an appropriate space in a packing box and performs normally a process for boxing the articles.SOLUTION: A boxing device 1 stores a plurality of packaged articles 51, 52 and 53 in a packing box 6. The boxing device 1 comprises an aligning mechanism and holding/moving mechanism 4. The aligning mechanism aligns the plurality of packaged articles 51, 52 and 53 to form tiers and arranges the packaged article 51 and the packaged article 52 at both end parts respectively of the tier. The holding/moving mechanism 4 holds the packaged articles 51, 52 and 53 included in the tier respectively at the same time and moves the articles from an upper opening 61 into the packing box 6. Each of the packaged articles 51 and 52 has a gravity center, inner parts 59 closer to each other than the gravity center and outer parts 58 further away from each other than the gravity center. The holding/moving mechanism 4 holds both of the packaged articles 51 and 52 at the outer parts 58 respectively. Further, the holding/moving mechanism 4 moves the packaged articles 51 and 52 in a state where the inner parts 59 thereof are inclined so as to be lower than the outer parts 58 thereof. |
