A compound represented by formula (1): wherein M represents an aluminum atom, a titanium atom, a silicon atom, or a boron atom; m represents 1 or 2; n represents a positive integer; R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent a C1-16 alkyl group optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms, or a C2-17 acyl group optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms, and in the case where a plurality of R3 is present, the plurality of R3 may be the same or different to each other; a part of the carbon atoms composing the C1-16 alkyl group optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms may be replaced with one or more oxygen atoms, and a part of the carbon atoms composing the C2-17 acyl group optionally substituted with one or more fluorine atoms may be replaced with one or more oxygen atoms; and a proportion of a total number of the fluorine atoms in R1, R2 and R3 is 15% or more relative to a total number of the fluorine atoms and hydrogen atoms in R1, R2 and R3, and in the case where at least one of R1, R2 and R3 is an acyl group substituted with one or more fluorine atoms, at least another one of R1, R2 and R3 is an alkyl group substituted with one or more fluorine atoms.
