The present invention provides a mobile communications terminal, which has application intermediating mobile gift certificate transaction connected to an agent server and enabling data communications. The present invention enables real-time telecommunications with the agent server through the mobile communications terminal and transactions such as an exchange or buying and selling of the mobile gift certificate with a plurality of people freely regardless of time and place and allows terms and conditions of transactions to be easily modified by connecting to the agent server especially when the gift certificate reaches an expiration date. |
