PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide formulations for cleaning hard surfaces and leaving a glossy and streak-free finish thereon.SOLUTION: There is provided a formulation for cleaning hard surfaces comprising: one or more liquid solvents; one or more film-forming polymers; and one or more polymer surfactants expressed by formula I, Ra-O-(EO)m-(BO)n-H. In the formula, Ra is one or more independently straight chain or branched alkyl groups or alkenyl groups having 3-22 carbon atoms; EO is a polymerized unit derived from ethylene oxide; m is 1 to 12; BO is a polymerized unit derived from butylene oxide; and n is from 1 to 8.
