The present invention relates to a method to process a bicycle shaft and, more specifically, to a method to process a bicycle shaft, capable of enabling mass production and saving processing costs by forcibly extruding the bicycle shaft in a mold without turning the shaft. A Ø17.90 rod-shaped material for processing the bicycle shaft is forcibly extruded in the mold to form a primary processing part of Ø9.70, a Ø17.90 rear material of the primary processing part is forcibly extruded in the mold to form a secondary processing part of Ø11.95, and a gear secondary processing part is formed by secondarily forming the secondary processing part after forming a gear primary processing part by forming the material at the rear end of the secondary processing part. As the bicycle shaft is forcibly processed in the mold, processing time is reduced and mass production is enabled to save material costs and processing costs with increased productivity. |
