PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement pre-load type ball screw for enriching load segment.SOLUTION: A displacement pre-load type ball screw for enriching a load segment of this invention is constituted in such a way that a nut is mainly fastened to a screw and a plurality of balls are installed between the nut and the screw. Internal screw thread groove of a nut is provided with the first screw thread groove, the second screw thread groove and the third screw thread groove that are continuously connected to each other.The second screw thread groove has a pre-load lead value that is continuously changed, thereby balls stored in the second screw thread groove receive a force of normal direction and a force of reverse direction concurrently to establish an effect for enriching the load segment. In addition, the balls in the second screw thread groove receive a change in pre-load force smoothly and perform operation more smoothly. |
