<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive covered conjugated polymer having a high charge mobility. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive covered conjugated polymer has aπ-conjugated structure covered by a plurality of organic cyclic compounds. Theπ-conjugated structure comprises a phenylene ethylene unit. The conductive covered conjugated polymer has superior conductivity by high charge mobility compared to a conventionally known conductive polyrotaxane, and is applicable to an organic semiconductor constituting a molecular device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
