<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut (m) rectangular products out of (k) kinds of rectangular raw materials and to maximize the yield thereof, and to apply a search method targeting an existing wire material to a surface material. <P>SOLUTION: A value of a target function of a previously found initial executable solution is regarded as a maximum value, and a restriction conditional expression 0≤xi≤1 relaxing the number of sheets of raw material in use is set to perform simplex operation processing. A value of the target function which is obtained as a result is regarded as a minimum value, and combinations of numbers of sheets of raw material in use that have values of the target function within the range are enumerated. Simplex operation processing is executed thereafter with the restriction condition in which a combination of the number of sheets of raw material in use is fixed, and a plurality of obtained non-integer solutions are evaluated with a predetermined evaluation expression. An initial executable solution is found by an FF method characterized of the surface material, and a result of search is applied to the FF method to output a blank layout and cutting order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
