<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of efficient processing of congestion in a transport network.SOLUTION: A control node 140 receives a data packet of a flow related to a first bearer and a data packet of a flow related to a second bearer. In response to the detection of a congestion condition in the first bearer, the data packet is subsequently transmitted from the control node, so that one of the first bearer and the second bearer is selected for congestion notification in the related flow. The selection is based on a congestion type, namely, whether it is a congestion state detected in a transport network 160 or a congestion state in a radio link 250.</p> |
