PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet food allowing reduction in pet vomiting after meal.SOLUTION: Provided are: 1) a pet food consisting of aggregation of formed-granules, where granules having a hardness of 2.5 kgw or less shortly after immersion in diluted hydrochloric acid (pH 2.5) at 20 to 25°C for 10 minutes are 60% or more of the aggregation, 2) the pet food where granules having a hardness of 1.3 kgw or less are 40% or more of the aggregation, 3) the pet food where the water percentage content of the granules before the immersion is 7.0 to 11.0 wt.%, 4) the pet food where lignocellulose or glycerin is comprised, 5) the pet food where the surface of the granules is coated with fat and oil, 6) the pet food where the shape of the granules has a short diameter and a long diameter of 3 to 25 mm and a thickness of 3 to 20 mm and is pellet, and 7) the pet food which is a feed for a cat. |
