PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch for dermal administration and a microneedle sheet that can realize efficient introduction of target substance into a horny layer and also realize suppression of deterioration in protection capability of the horny layer.SOLUTION: A microneedle sheet 20 has: a sheet-like base material 21; and multiple microneedles 50 that are formed on the sheet-like base material 21 and brought into direct contact with a horny layer 110 of skin 100. The microneedles 50 respectively have a skin stretching part 51 that protrudes from the sheet-like base material 21 so as to have an apical surface 51a for stretching the horny layer 110 by pressing a surface of the horny layer 110 without getting stuck in the surface of the horny layer 110 of the skin 100. A spiny projection part 52, which gets stuck in the surface of the horny layer 110 and of which an apex 52a has a shape for staying in the horny layer 110, is formed on the apical surface 51a of the skin stretching part 51. |
