<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a pressure measuring apparatus into which a highly-convenient foreign substance entry prevention mechanism manufactured at a low cost is incorporated. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure measuring apparatus includes an opening to atmosphere formed to communicate with a pressure measurement part, and a filter to be a foreign substance entry prevention mechanism is inserted and fixed into/on the opening to atmosphere. An end part of the filter is formed as a hexagonal part; a stop hole is formed in the hexagonal part so that the end part reaches the vicinity of the end face of the hexagonal part along an axial direction; and a plurality of through-holes are formed to communicate from the end face of the hexagonal part to the stop hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
