PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause the temperature of an optical disk for recording and reproducing to rise to the temperature of a recording and reproducing device with speed and with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An optical disk library device 1 includes: a disk storage 3 that stores an optical disk 100; a recording and reproducing device 4 that records/reproduces data on the optical disk; and a disk conveyance device 5 that conveys the optical disk from the disk storage to the recording and reproducing device. The disk conveyance device 5 includes a temperature adjustment mechanism (temperature control board 10) that adjusts the temperature of the conveyed optical disk to be the temperature within the recording and reproducing device. The temperature control board 10 is constituted by laminating: a disk support plate 11 that supports the optical disk; a temperature adjustment plate 12 that adjusts the temperature of the optical disk; and a fixation plate 13 that fixes the plates 11 and 12.
