A pixel structure and a display panel provided with the pixel structure. The pixel structure comprises multiple sub-pixels. Each sub pixel comprises: a first display region (M), configured to receive a scanning signal of a scanning line (21) and further receive a data signal of a data line (23) and has a first potential; and a second display region (S), configured to receive the scanning signal of the scanning line (21) and further receive the data signal of the data line (23), and further configured to receive a voltage signal of a common line (22) and pull the voltage obtained according to the data signal of the data line (23) down to a second potential. A voltage difference exists between the second potential and the first potential. The pixel structure does not sacrifice the aperture ratio and reduces the short circuit possibility of the scanning line and the data line in a case where a wide view angle is achieved. |
