The present invention relates to a hitting device for dental operation, for conveniently performing operation in a short period of time while preventing or minimizing the damage or perforation of a sinus membrane during operation of the alveolar bone through an entry blocking groove. The hitting device comprises: a cylindrical tip body formed with an inclined plane pointed on the circumference of the front end; a bone storage groove formed from the front end of the tip body to the inside so as to sharp the front end of the tip body; a procedure tip including an entry blocking groove for blocking the entry of the tip body with respect to the alveolar bone, which is formed in a spiral form from the front end of the tip body to the rear end, and continuously formed with the multiple tips along the outer circumferential surface of the tip body; and a support formed by being extended to the rear end of the procedure tip.
