The present specification relates to a manufacturing method of a metallic oxide, a metallic oxide manufactured by using the same, a hygroscopic film comprising the same, and an organic light emitting device, which can provide a porous metallic oxide with the nanosize through a simple process. Particularly, the specific surface area of the metallic oxide can be significantly increased by effectively forming a porous structure on a particle with the nanosize. |
