The present invention relates to a food and a pharmaceutical composition containing fenugreek, Lespedeza cuneata G. Don and Tribulus terrestris L. extracts, helpful to the health of men in andropause, as active ingredients. Particularly, in the present invention, provided is a composition containing any one among the fenugreek, the Lespedeza cuneata G. Don and the Tribulus terrestris L. extracts or a complex extract obtained by composing two or more thereof as an active ingredient which prevents or alleviates andropause symptoms, namely lethargy, hypotrophy, decrease in sexual desire and an erectile function, decrease in intelligence capability and spatial sensibility, tiredness, depression, mental anger, decrease in a muscle mass and muscular strength, decrease in hair, decrease in bone density, decrease in endurance, and increase in visceral fat; and has efficacies of increase in testosterone, endurance and muscular strength, decrease in body fat and blood lipid composition, and increase in a sperm count and sperm activation. The composition according to the present invention promotes secretion of testosterone to alleviate the andropause symptoms.
